.5 points on sale collaborations where team members work cooperatively to make a sale
Points go to who makes the sale of the gun, not processes the gun

After Sep 1st guns are back to regular price but selling should not be discouraged.
Talk to your Manager to discuss appropriate additional incentives to land a sale
Free lane pass, waive gun rental fee, provide the lifetime warranty for free, etc.

Hollow points are a proven classic of CoC and this time is no different. As a company we sold 232 boxes of hollow points! That's 54% higher than the goal, and 13% higher than the last HP CoC!

Meeting the company goal is a success, but we can't stop there. Do an after-action review with your coworkers and see what can be done even better.
Did we talk about it with every customer we could?
Did we pitch it the right way?
Did we have an eye-catching display?
Did we hold each other accountable?
Ask these questions among your team and see where improvements can be made. Don't be afraid to seek help from outside resources, either. Though separate stores, we are all on the Shoot Smart team. Reach out to another store for help. You also have a Sales Manager, so never be afraid to reach out for advice or additional help.
