Sanxia Junior High School

We offer different courses for students to know more their hometown, Sanixa, and our courses also let students have a chance to introduce themselves, Sanxia and Taiwan in English, which will be very helpful if they have a chance to meet foreigners.

We also hold exhibitions of different cultures from Taiwan to other countries every year for students to know, understand and respect different cultures. Besides, the science teachers of our school also hold a series of activities during the science week for students to do experiments and learn by doing. Furthermore, at the end of the year, we have a market and concert at school for students to reflect and show thanks to the teachers and their classmates.

About the international education in Sanxia, we conduct the program, International Companions for Learning, which provides students chances to have webcam chats with students from different cultures, including Germany, Japan, and Sweden, and the teachers in our school also invited lecturers from different countries. So far, we have had lecturers from the U.S.A, France, Bulgaria, the Philippines, and Turkey.

In addition, we have basketball, boxing, and taekwondo school teams. Our students also have a chance to know more about vocational education when they become ninth graders. We have a variety of vocational courses, such as Culinary, Automobile, Electronic Engineering, Cosmetics and Beauty, and Mechanical Engineering.
