• Stored Locally or in Your iCloud: All ring and finger size measurements are saved on your device or, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account.

• Not Shared with Us: We do not collect, access, or transmit these measurements to our servers or any third parties.

b. Analytics & Crash Reports (Anonymous)

• We use industry-standard tools (e.g., Apple App Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) to collect usage statistics and crash data.

• This data is strictly anonymous and cannot be linked to you personally.

c. No Personal Identifiers

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information within the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Improve App performance, stability, and user experience

• Diagnose and fix crashes or bugs

• Understand usage patterns to guide feature development

We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, or selling to third parties.

4. Marketing & Promotional Use

• We do not use measurement data or analytics for marketing purposes.

• Local & iCloud Storage: Measurement data remains on your device or your iCloud—never on our servers.

• Encrypted Transmissions: Any analytics or crash data sent to third-party services use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

• Minimal Data Footprint: We do not maintain user accounts or cloud-based profiles, reducing breach risk.

6. Data Retention

• Measurement Data: Retained on your device or iCloud until you delete it.

• Analytics & Crash Data: Stored in aggregated, anonymous form for as long as needed to maintain and improve the App.

You may delete the App or clear its data at any time via your device settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to:

• Access or Correct: View or amend personal information stored locally.

• Delete: Permanently remove your measurement data from your device or iCloud.

• Opt-Out: Disable crash reporting or analytics in your iOS settings.

• Complain: Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Children’s Privacy
