Ensure success by following these 3 simple steps!
Inspect The Label. Inspect the label for a Return Service indicator as shown below.
Match The Name. Match the customer's name in the app to the label on the package.
Apply A QR Code. Always remember to apply a QR Code sticker and scan in the app.
Pick Up Packages With A Return Service Label
Labels from UPS, FedEx, & USPS
Pickup items scheduled with Narvar will feature Return Service labels like the one pictured here. Look for the distinctive "Return Service" indicators circled in red.
Labels – Know The Difference!
Customers are asked to:
- Provide sealed boxes
- Place a UPS/FedEx/USPS return label on the package
Don't Take a Delivery Package
Important: Please check the label to ensure you do not take a recent delivery by mistake. Do not pick up a package Veho has already delivered. Instead, inspect the label to ensure it's a Return Service Label. Call the customer and contact support if you have any uncertainty.
Don't Cover Up The Label
After verifying the package is not a recent delivery, please apply Veho QR Code Sticker on the package but please DO NOT cover up the return service label the customer has provided.
Take A Clear Photo
For best results, please take a clear photo of the Return Label for the customer's reference.
Do Not Pick Up New Deliveries
If you encounter a package with a Veho Delivery label at a customer's doorstep, please do not pick up a recent delivery item by mistake. Check with the customer and reach out to Support in the Veho Driver App.
