Hey there! 

My name is Andrea Lackey and I am the Library Media Specialist at Montevallo Elementary School! I live in Calera with my husband and our two sons. Together we enjoy fishing, swimming, the beach, and all things DISNEY! 

I graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2010 and began teaching first grade. I later graduated with my master's in Library Media from the University of West Alabama and became a school librarian. I am also honored to be a National Board Certified Teacher. I have 12 years of experience as an educator. I am very passionate about teaching and integrating technology with my students! I am excited to present to you and work with you!
