At the end of the Winter School 2024
First day of Winter School 2025
This 2-day Winter School is organised by the Quantum Physics and Technology Group in the Department of Physics & Astronomy and Sheffield Quantum Centre at the University of Sheffield.
The Winter School will focus on generation, control and detection of quantum light; novel materials for (quantum) nanophotonics; strong light-matter interaction; spins and spin-photon interface in semiconductor quantum dots and solid state defects and other related topics.
The school will consist of lectures by leading researchers, industry talks and poster sessions by the school attendees - see details in the Programme.
The school is open for all researchers from a PhD student level.
