MatSoc Winter Social - 03/12/21

MatSoc are switching up their winter social this year and have planned a trip to iceSheffield for 2 hours of skating, music and disco lights! With an optional night out on West Street afterwards, this event is the perfect way to finish up a semester of great socials. Get your tickets here to the 2021 send-off social.

Treehouse Board Game Cafe - 20/11/2021

The Treehouse is Sheffield's first board game cafe and boasts over 700 games to choose from. There are limited tickets available for this 2 hour session of board games and snacks - get yours here before they sell out!

The Big Fat MatSoc Bar Crawl - 06/11/2021

Calling all Materials students! The Big Fat MatSoc Bar Crawl is back and better than ever. This is a yearly event hosted by MatSoc, and will take place on the 6th of November 2021.

The dress code for this event is an official MatSoc t-shirt, available to buy along with tickets at a price of £7.99 for members and £8.99 for non-members. The t-shirt is not a requirement but is politely recommended.

Please note there are limited t-shirt sizes and limited tickets available, so please buy early to avoid disappointment!

Dance Your Socs Off - 14/10/2021

Dance Your Socs Off (DYSO) is the biggest multi-society bar crawl at Sheffield University. Societies are grouped together and will be visiting various fine establishments along West Street every 45 minutes. MatSoc have shown up every year to provide the crawl with our unique boogieing skills, leaving the other societies in awe.
