Smokers are almost twice as likely to have a heart attack compared with people who have never smoked. Quitting smoking will change your life.
Many people who quit smoking are surprised by how good they feel!
They feel in charge, feel more relaxed, have more money, are not as worried about their health, look and feel better, skin looks healthier and have more energy when they walk, play with their kids, or do something active and they don’t smell of smoke.
