It's your journey- choose which path you want to take!
Exercise not only keeps the body active but the mind active too! Exercise can help reduce your risk of major illnesses like diabetes, heart disease and cancer whilst releasing endorphins which can make you feel positive.
You may think you balance enough aspects of your life and couldn't possibly incorporate exercise into the mix! It's important to incorporate exercise into your busy schedules and you may even find yourself doing activities you wouldn't know were exercise already as part of your routine.
The exercises you should do can be influenced by your diet, your body type and a range of health factors so it is important to choose exercise routines ideal for you. If you wish to lose weight, you will find yourself on a completely different exercise and diet course to someone wishing to build muscle. By considering these factors when deciding how you will exercise you may find you see results better matched with your ideals.
Exercise Recommendations:
It is recommended as a minimum that you do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity like brisk walking or cycling and strength exercises on two or more days that work your major muscles.

Brisk Walking
Water aerobics
Hiking
Skateboarding
