The State of Indiana has created a list of required training that school employees must complete. Each training module has different requirements with regard to who must complete it, the modality of the training itself, and how often it must be completed.
Click here to view the most up-to-date memo from the State regarding training modules (updated June 2025). If you are not sure whether you need to complete a training module based on your job, please speak to your supervisor.
Most training modules can be completed by logging onto the Central Indiana Educational Service Center's website (CIESC).
After completing a training module, you will be prompted to enter your contact information to acquire proof of completion. CIESC keeps a record of all training modules you complete and will send you a confirmation email.
You do not need to forward this email onto your principal unless he/she requests this. However, please keep the email for your own records.
It is the responsibility of all South Harrison employees to ensure that they are up-to-date with
all required training and to be ready to provide proof of completion upon request.
Some training modules are NOT included on the CIESC website. These modules are listed under the heading below. Please keep all training confirmations for your records and be ready to provide training confirmations upon request.
