About to take a walk through a tranquil forest? Take Taylor Swift's Evermore with you
Taylor Swift stayed busy this year. Her second surprise album of the year, Evermore, was quick to skyrocket in popularity after the iconic hits of the first album, Folklore. Evermore seems to have consistent themes about love among many other things, but love has been a common theme throughout all of Taylor Swift’s recent and past music. The reason why Taylor Swift had been able to put out so much music this year is because she’s been trying and experimenting with new things and said that she was unable to stop writing songs for this new “era” of music she was creating. Each of the 17 tracks of Evermore has a sort of unique feel compared to Swift's music from previous years. This new style seems to have worked out quite well for Taylor Swift: Evermore had a great performance at number 1 on the Billboard 200, selling approximately one million copies in the first week. The album has a more laid-back and relaxed feel to it, which makes it a pretty easy listening experience even if Taylor Swift isn’t your go-to artist. So if you're planning a peaceful walk through the woods, or maybe a picnic with a scenic view, Evermore could provide the chill, relaxing vibe you're looking for.
