Online Assessments

This assessment is meant to be completed online by the student. You will give this link to each student and have them complete the assessment. After the assessment is complete, please have the student print a copy of the results for you to use as data in the development of the transition IEP and should be placed in the audit file and uploaded to PEER.

You may refer to the transition component section of the IEP Job aid list for more information regarding the placement of this transition information.
