The Pink Team News

Update: December 11, 2017

Our amazing robotics team, The Pink Team-FTC 6323, had a very successful weekend.

The Pink Team and The Pink Pelicans hosted 15 teams at our very own event: “The Relic Returns” Tournament this weekend. The event took place at Viera High School. Pink members, parents, mentors, faculty advisors and FIRST league mentors worked diligently and enthusiastically to make this event a success. We competed with teams from across Brevard and Seminole counties. Our team had a perfect tournament winning 6 out of 6 matches; setting the highest score for the state at 297 points. Our robot and autonomous were on target at every match. Zachary L., Kai R., and Jordan T. led on the field. Derek P., Aidan F. and Jacob H. led in the pit by providing technical assistance to all teams. Ian C. and Ryan H. did an amazing job in setting the practice and tournament fields. As for the rest of the Pink members, they had vital roles and duties to accomplish before, during, and after the tournament. We are very proud of our Pink Team members. Needless to say, students, mentors, and parents proved what being PINK is all about. We were loud and exemplified gracious professionalism at all times. As of today, we rank 2nd in the league!

Our next competition is:

Saturday, January 13th @ Hagerty High School, Lockwood, Florida (Space Coast League Championship- Relics of the Lost Ark)

The Pink Team will love to have hometown support. Please stop by and cheer for your home team. No admission fee!!! If you would like information about our robotics program and competition, please visit: https://www.firstinspires.org/ , http://ftc.flfirst.org/ , https://twitter.com/pinkalliance233
