Common Issues:
Homeschool students need to be added to a school's Azure Group before their account will link to Launchpad
QuickCards: If a K-2 student doesn't have a checkbox, click generate. If a checkbox doesn't appear, then email a tech integrator and ask for them to sync the school.
The switch from SAML to Microsoft is resulting in a lot of "Your account is not connected with any ClassLink account." messages.
For Students: first check that they are using student#@st.brevardschools.org then have them try in an incognito/private browsing window. If that works, then try clearing the cache of the affected device. If it doesn't then contact the Helpdesk.

How does a Charter school log into Launch Pad?
1. Charter employee must have an AD account
2. AD accounts are created by placing a ticket from Supervisor to Michelle Bellaire
3. Michelle Bellaire logs and then forwards the ticket to help desk with her approval on the email.
4. Karyn creates the AD account.
5. Charter School employee then calls Help Desk to set up a password
6. Go to www.brevardschools.org using Google Chrome as your browser
7. Click on Launch Pad on top of website
8. Click on Microsoft
9. Sign in using your Last name. First name@brevardschools.org
10. Use password you created with Help Desk
11. Congratulations you are now in Launch Pad.
