Good Morning Parents,
Below are the steps for returning string instruments to Andersen. If you have not paid the rental fee for the spring semester or whole year, please do so when you drop off the instrument. It is very important to collect these fees so that we can continue maintaining the string instruments for students every year. Its 25$ per semester or 50$ for the whole year.
Step 1. Come between 9:00 am – 3:00 p.m. on May 26th
Step 2. Go through the front car/bus loop and park. You and your student will need to bring the instrument and a pen to write with to the music room.
Step 3. Sign the Check-in form, wait for Ms. Gamble to inspect the instrument/hand out past receipts/ collect any remaining dues.
Step 4. Communicate with Ms. Gamble if you would like to rent the instrument over the summer.
Step 5. Have a wonderful summer.
