Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• A 15-day email notice to info@shapesdance.com is required to cancel enrollment. Tuition will continue to be charged if not submitted.

• No refunds for partial, missed, or dropped classes, or recital fees after enrollment.

• To support our values of growth, dedication, and teamwork, any student withdrawing after March 1 will be charged tuition through June 15. This helps ensure a consistent experience for every dancer, supports our teachers’ planning, and honors the dedication of the entire class. 

Any Competition Company Student who withdraws after placements are sent to families is required to pay a $50 re-blocking fee per routine. This includes Company Dance/Acro, Competition Cheer, and Performing Groups.
