I’m Killian Mc Sherry, a mobile Occupational Therapist based in Sydney, working with clients of all ages to build independence and practical life skills that lead to meaningful outcomes.
I provide therapy across the lifespan — from childhood to adolescence, and into adulthood — with a special interest in supporting boys and young men aged 4–18 who may be navigating challenges with daily living skills, fine & gross motor skills, social skills and behavioural regulation.
I also support adults with both physical and mental health challenges who are having difficulty establishing daily routines, tending to basic care needs, access employment opportunities or set and work towards meaningful life goals.
My approach is practical, and tailored to each person’s goals and environment — whether at home, school, work, or in the community.
I provide Occupational Therapy support for children, teens, and adults in the following areas:
Meaningful goal setting
Life skills & executive functioning
Emotional regulation & behavioural support
Independent living skills (hygiene, cooking, money, transport)
School readiness & transitions
Job readiness & pathways to employment
Social participation & confidence
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
Sports participation & motor coordination
Community access & daily routines
Sensory processing strategies
Equipment provision
Minor home modifications
