Devika Krishnan is a versatile professional with a background in Ceramic Design from NID and Entrepreneurial Business Management from ISB. She has contributed significantly to organizations like Good Earth Store, Titan Industries, and Tanishq, blending her expertise in design and business. Devika's passion for preserving India's crafts heritage led her to establish initiatives like the Anu project in Bangalore and Shepherd Crafts in Kashmir. Currently serving as the Director at GoodEarth Heritage Foundation, she works towards promoting and preserving India's crafts heritage. Devika's philosophy emphasizes the importance of individual actions in creating positive social change, reflecting her commitment to community empowerment and social responsibility.

Nilima Bhat is a visionary leader in Personal Mastery, Leadership, Gender Equality, and Wellbeing. She is renowned for her groundbreaking books, "Shakti Leadership" and "My Cancer Is Me," which offer holistic approaches to leadership and resilience. As a global keynote speaker, facilitator, and coach, she specializes in Conscious Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and Integral Health. Bharat is the Founder and the President of his Strategic, Global Leadership Consulting and Leadership Coaching firm, The Wakhlu Advisory and the co-founder of the not-for-profit, Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership.

Throughout his four-decades working with businesses, including with the Tata Group as a Tata Administrative Service (TAS) executive, Bharat has been a strong votary for ethical, value-based enterprises that are led by conscious leaders, and driven by life-affirming processes and systems. In his view, companies can become a force for good, if they choose their leaders carefully, ensuring that their values are aligned with the nurturing aspects of Life itself.

Bharat is a First-Class Mechanical Engineer from BITS, Pilani, a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and has Advanced Management Diplomas from INSEAD, France, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is an acclaimed Fellow of the American Society for Quality (USA) and the All-India Management Association (AIMA). Savita Bhan Wakhlu is the Managing Director of her company, Jagriti Communications, which focuses on individual and organizational learning and development. She is an engineer and a certified personal/executive coach from the New York University, New York. She is also a certified cross-cultural trainer and consultant from Berlitz, USA, and a certified EQ resource from the Forum of Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL), India. Savita has trained and coached senior and mid-level executives in India and the US. She is also a member of the Indian Society of Training and Development.
