We at Outwood Academy Shafton know that the process of choosing and starting at a new school is a very big decision for both you and your child and marks an important period of your child's life.

We strive to ensure that you have all of the information and support that you need.

Miss Wragg is our Associate Assistant Principal in charge of Transition and endeavours to make the experience as carefree and exciting as possible for our students.

If you have any questions for the transition team please register them here and a member of the team will ensure that we answer them as soon as possible.

We have also prepared this booklet for your child to read with important information and small activities to help them to familiarise themselves with our Academy.
