Tartans fall to Johnstown under the lights

The Scotia-Glenville Tartans drop an heartbreaking loss to Johnstown in a non-league matchup under the lights.  The Tartans came out hot to start the game, but Johnstown fought the uphill battle and overcame the Tartans in the end to win 12-9.  It was a tale of two halves as the Tartans controlled the ball and jumped the an early lead.  Johnstown had a late first half run that brought the game back, but it was all Johnstown in the second half as they dominated the time of possession and controlled the momentum of the game.  Leading the Tartans with the scoring was Almond with 3 goals and an assist. Spikeriet also added 3 goals while Wilson, Davis, and Burns each added one.  The Tartans will next play at Amsterdam on 4/4 at 5:00pm as they try to improve to 2-1.
