SFUSD Community Partnerships Network

The Partnerships Network provides opportunities for SFUSD staff and community organizations to build relationships, inform our practices and strengthen our collaboration, to support each and every one of our students to succeed.

Over 125 people participated in the annual Partnerships Orientation on Friday, September 28, graciously hosted by College Track on 3rd Street.

Please visit this folder for materials shared at the Orientation!

SFUSD and the SF Family Support Network co-hosted a training for community organizations on supporting families to navigate SFUSD's services. We're excited to share the materials and presentations from the training on October 12.

Please visit the Network's Resources and Community Schools pages to check out new tools for coordinating and collaborating with other community organizations providing services and support to schools, students and families!

Support families to sign up & access information about their students' progress through the Gradebook Family Portal!
