GWHS Wellness Center

Wellness can offer support services throughout the school year!

Welcome to the GWHS Wellness Center located in room 121. Students, caregivers, and faculty can make a referral to the Wellness Center using our Wellness Referral Form. Please include the student's phone number to connect with a Wellness provider sooner. 

We currently also offer services in español, 廣東話, and 한국어.

How Can the Wellness Center Help You?

The GWHS Wellness Center is available for students and the school community. Our services are free, voluntary and confidential. Students decide if they would like to access services, and Wellness does not share their personal information unless there are concerns for the student's safety and well-being (i.e., self-harm, harm to others, or someone is harming the youth). 

You can connect with us for several reasons including: jobs, therapy services, health information, field trips, and more! 

Our core team consists of the Wellness Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, Community Health Outreach Worker (CHOW), and 2 full-time therapists from RAMS. In addition, we have several trained counseling and nursing interns that support our center throughout the school year. 

If you're a student and want to get involved, we also have our amazing Youth Outreach Workers (YOWs) who help represent Wellness services by leading class presentations and various interactive health promotion events throughout the school year.
