L4E Device Returns
How to Return an L4E Device:
You may submit a Help Desk ticket at email@example.com and schedule a date and time to return devices at either the of the following locations:
SFUSD Help Desk
Site Location: Room 1 (Basement)
Monday through Friday between 7:30am - 5:00pm (excluding holidays)
SFUSD Desktop Support
Call: 415-615-8910, 415-615-8915 or 415-615-8903 if gate is locked.
Monday through Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm (excluding holidays)
Note: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using your SFUSD email address. Tickets will enable the DoT Team to review your case in advance and greatly speed up the return process, saving you valuable time.
If you have already left the district and no longer have access to your SFUSD email address, please call the Help Desk at 415-241-6474.
