Open Access/Canvas, is a LMS, or learning management system created by Instructure. It allows teachers to organize and design a seamless digital learning environment for a blended classroom experience. Open Access adds rigor and engagement to learning with all of the functionality teachers need for a 21st Century Classroom.
What is a Blended Classroom? A blended classroom is a classroom that combines online and traditional learning for our 21 century students.
Open Access/Canvas can be used as a course -or hub for teachers to integrate a variety of digital tools into one space. Once a course is started, teachers will have ease of access to create assignments, quizzes, discussion, group activities, and more.
