Plot Overview: What’s Left of Me by Kat Zhang is about a “utopian” society where children are born with two souls and after a certain age the dominant soul is supposed to take control and the recessive soul will disappear. Unfortunately this did not happen for Addie and Eva. Addie is the dominant soul and has more power than Eva but Eva never went away.

Critique: The most compelling aspect of the book is the idea of having two souls trapped in one body. Two voices who could talk to each other and share their thoughts and feelings in one brain. I could not be disappointed by this book.
