Reviews for "Verity" by Colleen Hoover

Title and Author: Verity - Colleen Hoover

Plot Overview: Jeremy Crawford, the husband of bestselling author Verity Crawford hires a struggling author named Lowen Ashleigh to finish the remaining books in Verity’s series. The Crawford house holds many secrets that are slowly unveiled over the course of the novel through excerpts from Verity's autobiography “So Be It.”

Review: This book was chilling and really creepy. While the characters all have many layers, Verity was probably the most intriguing because of the difference between her outward persona and her true thoughts and feelings. While I don’t usually read or enjoy creepy books, I would definitely read it again and recommend it to others because the writing is amazing and there are crazy plot twists.

Cover Critique: The cover does not give much insight into the book, but it is a little unsettling like much of the book itself.

Recommendation: 5/5 because of the writing quality and plot twists
