SFDS Communication Survey
We are one week into our communication survey and we've received a good response so far, with loads of suggestions about ways we can improve communication. Some of the interim results are captured in an image below. You can still have your say until next Wednesday via this link: https://forms.gle/PdRrs61V7e2jRwX4A
Cultural Performance
42 of our Year 6-8 learners from our kapahaka group have put their name forward to be part of a performance for an upcoming cultural event at St Pat's College. The 13 schools from across our Wellington Catholic Schools Kāhui Ako (community of learning) are involved in the event. Due to space restrictions, we are not permitted to invite any spectators to the event. Some of our tamariki are pretty nervous, so we have arranged for our group to have a practice as a mini performance with a smaller audience - and you are invited to attend. This practice performance will be at 12.00pm on Monday 16 September in the church.

Next Grandparents Mass will be in 2025
Just a heads-up that this year we celebrated a school Mass earlier this term on the Feast of the Assumption instead of the Feast day of Saints Joachim and St Anne. Therefore we did not hold a specific Mass for Grandparents this year. The next Grandparents' Mass will be in 2025, and we will give you plenty of notice so that you can invite your whānau. Grandparents are always welcome to join us for other school masses too.
