It has been my privilege to work with a truly unique, diverse, and committed organizing committee. Our original six members, each of which has a leadership role at one of the recognized, global genome centers, are still part of our team 20 years later. In line with our mission to collaborate broadly across sectors and scientific disciplines, we have added new committee members from government and industry; including some with digital marketing experience— to ensure that our meeting remains highly accessible and that we stage stay in touch with our community through a broad range of channels.
