My professional background: This is my 16th year as a School Counselor, and my 24th year as an educator. I graduated in 1996 from UW-Madison with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. While teaching full time in the Madison area, I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from UW-Whitewater in 2001. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I taught as an at-risk program coordinator and a special education teacher. I love my job as a school counselor, and it is my privilege to prepare every Rock Ledge student for success in their academic, personal/social, and career lives. It is my goal to be the best advocate, resource, and coach for student growth so that EVERY CHILD is a high school graduate, college and/or career ready! I learn something new from my students every day; I hope my work encourages them to be life long learners as well.

A little about me personally: I live in Green Bay with my husband and two daughters. In my time away from my school family, I enjoy watching my children play soccer, basketball, and volleyball; attending Packers games; relaxing at the lake; running; golfing; snowboarding; and listening to music of all kinds! I believe in life it isn't what happens to you that matters, it's about how you respond that matters. As humans, we are all resilient and amazing beings--and there is so much to be grateful for. 1,000 Things Went Right Today...and YOU are one of them :)
