DEAR BALLET TECH FAMILIES

We hope you enjoyed the summer and are ready for another great year at Ballet Tech. A special welcome to all new families.

Each year, our PTA provides crucial funding for our school. This is done through The Student Fund.  The cost of educating the students at BT is more than the DOE provides. The Student Fund helps cover enrichment for teachers and students as well as community-building events and programs that make Ballet Tech so special.  Each classroom benefits directly. We can meet our fundraising goals if each family takes part in The Student Fund.

THIS YEAR’S FUNDRAISING GOAL IS (AT LEAST) $150/STUDENT

BT’s PTA is a 501c-3 organization, and all your donations are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE. For those that work for companies that provide a CORPORATE MATCH for donations, having your donation to our PTA matched with company funds is a wonderful way to extend further support. Families that are unable to donate in a lump sum, please consider setting a monthly donation of $15.

VOLUNTEER

Enrich your child’s BT education by joining one of the following subcommittees today.

YEARBOOK

Ensure your child is featured in the yearbook by submitting your photos today directly into Treering. You will find folders labeled for each event, like “First Day of School”, “Winter Carnival”, and so on. Please submit your photos promptly as the design team will be designing event pages year-round (About two weeks after every event.)

Please Label and Tag each photo with the Name(s) and Grade(s) of each child in your photograph.
