Taking Attendance

Daily Attendance 

Teachers are required to take daily attendance through Infinite Campus.  Students are marked present by default. You will only need to update attendance for the students who are absent or tardy. Be sure to click save once done.

There are multiple ways to take attendance in IC.  In order to see student pictures with attendance, teachers must select "Show Student Picture" from the settings page. 

1.   Seating Chart for Attendance

2.   Control Center for Attendance

• If you have set up IC to open to Campus Instruction, you will see a roster like the image below upon opening IC.  You can take attendance directly from this screen.

3.   Attendance Page 

• If taking attendance from the Control Center seems too clunky, you can take attendance directly from the Attendance page (see image below).
