Joining is easy. Then borrow tools for FREE... forever.

To join you need to:

• be at least 18 years of age

• be a resident of SE Portland within SE Uplift’s boundaries

• (Groups must get special permission to join.)

• Read and e-sign our Member Agreement, Rules and Regulations (you can preview  them now - for reference only,  not to sign. )

• Click the "Sign Up now" button below.

Four+ of our most important rules:

1. Tools are due back in 7 days – the exact hour due is posted in the library – lest you incur a fine.

2. Don't share your member number with others, nor allow anyone else to use the tools you borrow

3. Only use tools that you feel SAFE using!

4. Tools may ONLY be used for non-commercial purposes.

5. (And sorry, no tool reservations or waiting lists.)

When you come for your first visit, show us your:

• Photo ID

• Proof of Address (driver’s license if it has your current address, or a recent: utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, auto-insurance card, or similar document).
