Surprise Update!
Rather than seeing an orange "Recurring Slot (pending)" on your calendar, you will see the client name and first appointment date in the pending slot, with a color-coded stripe for their insurance:
The detail modal is also updated with some new information, and a conditional banner if the slot is still pending after the scheduled first appointment:
*Reminder: there should be three outreach attempts following the below timeline for all payors EXCEPT for Tricare Active Duty:
