ONLY new clients are able to schedule into these weekly slots
New clients can book online via the Sensible Care website
Does not automatically populate- you need to manually add slots when clients discharge, graduate, etc.
Recurring Slot (Pending)
Kaiser client invited to Sensible Care patient portal and awaiting their account completion
OR
New client scheduling via Sensible Care website and awaiting their account completion
Blocked Time
Prevents openings from generating on your calendar each week
DOES NOT BLOCK when overlapped with a slot, scheduled appointment, etc.
Scheduled (Kaiser Client)
Client with Kaiser insurance is scheduled successfully
Scheduled (Other Payor Client)
Client with any insurance other than Kaiser or Tricare is scheduled successfully
Scheduled (Tricare Client)
Client with Tricare insurance is scheduled successfully
Cancelled
The client or the provider cancelled the appointment
No-Show
The client did not show up for session
OR
The client cancelled within 24 hours
OR
The client showed up 15+ minutes late and session was unable to be held
