Productivity is measured by your weekly billed hours. Billed Hours are hours where clinical services (i.e. therapy or psychological evaluations) are performed. Hours are not billable unless they are accounted for in a signed encounter note and can be billed to a patient or their health insurance company.
Your minimum weekly billed utilization requirement, outlined in your offer letter, is the lowest number of billed hours required per week. Aim to bill above this minimum consistently and notify Provider Success if obstacles outside of the norm impact your ability to do so. Since there is no set caseload, it is your responsibility to schedule enough clients to proactively account for no-shows, cancellations, or shortened sessions.
See the "Reports" tab of 2.0 for your individual progress.

The chart below depicts the various tiers Sensible Care offers:
Time Off and Calculating Minimum Billed Hours
Weekly Working Hours - # of PTO/Sick/Holiday Hours = ______ Working Hours (available that week)
New Working Hours x Productivity Goal % = New Billed Hour Minimum Target
Example:
40 Weekly Working Hours - 16 Sick Hours = 24 Working Hours (available that week)
24 New Working Hours x 70% Productivity Goal = 16.8 Billed Hour Minimum Target
