TPI Assessment
Treatment Progress Indicator and Youth Treatment Progress Indicator are weekly assessment for all Kaiser patient
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are logging into Lucet before every Kaiser appointment to ensure TPI is completed
TPI Information You Should Know:
Lucet sends out the TPI automatically 15 minutes before the initial intake is scheduled.
Sensible Care sends a text message to the client 10 minutes before their follow up sessions
"Hi "CLIENT", your video appointment with "PROVIDER" starts at XX:XX AM PDT. Please go to https://polestarapp.com/welcome?tag=epsensiblecare&survey_definition=tpi and complete your TPI form prior to the appointment. You can join the session by logging in at https://app.sensiblecare.com"
Make sure your clients have opted into receiving text messages or they will not receive the reminder texts.
TPI must be completed within same week of appointment.
Before the appointment is encouraged, and before intake is required.
You should review the TPI prior to (or at the start of) session with a client
Kaiser tracks TPI completion based on billed session and completed TPI.
Example: Morgan conducts TPI with 3 different clients and bills for 5 different Kaiser sessions TPI completion is 60% for the week.
Kaiser sends monthly TPI completion percentage to Kaiser Program Manager.
If you have a TPI completion score of 70% or lower you will receive a message from Kaiser program manager with your score and current Kaiser client list.
