Lucet Bio Set Up and Notification Settings
Lucet Profile Set Up
THIS MUST BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS YOU HAVE ACCESS TO LUCET
Step 1: Log in to Lucet
Step 2: Select the cogwheel/gear icon in the upper righthand corner of Lucet, select “My Profile” and input the following:
Complete all fields, it is highly recommended to fill out those labeled as “impactful”
Make sure to put disclaimer at top of Bio: “ATTENTION: Please make sure Kaiser patients can keep their intake appointment day and time on a WEEKLY basis for ongoing sessions and that they are in California at the time of scheduled session. Thank you!”
Cancellation Policy: “Sessions are typically scheduled to occur one time per week at the same time and day. In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are expected to notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not provide your therapist with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are responsible for a $100 no-show fee for the missed session. Please understand that your insurance company will not pay for missed or canceled sessions.”
Step 3: Save
Lucet Notification Settings
Step 1:Click cogwheel/gear icon at the upper right corner and select “My Settings”
Step 2: Select Communications and select “Edit”
Update email from personal email to Sensible Care email
Ensure Communication Method is active for email
Ensure notifications are active for both new client appointments and canceled appointments
Step 3: Save
