This does not take into account your SC availability, so be mindful!
DO NOT REMOVE APPOINTMENTS ON LUCET
We lose the referral if an appointment is removed
Reach out to the Kaiser Program Manager with schedule conflicts
Adding Availability
From the “Scheduling” tab:
Click a day to add availability
Select “Availability”
Select “Repeat”
For the “Ends” section, select “After” and enter “3” for the “occurrence(s)”
Select “Create”
This is to prevent appointments being taken too far in advance
Ensure that your provider availability for SC matches your Lucet availability!
Do not move clients into a recurring open slot in SC 2.0 without ensuring your Lucet availability has been removed
Note: Kaiser does not follow SC policy for intakes. If you are not comfortable with same day bookings, remove your availability for the current work day.
