Kaiser Medi-Cal population cannot be charged for No Show or Late Cancellation fees. 

• If you have done so in error, please create a ticket for Billing. 

Kaiser Medi-Cal is held to the same cancellation policy as all other Sensible Care clients. 

• 3 cancellations within 3 months 

You should not keep a client outside of your scope of practice due to insurance. 

• You will refer any client back to Kaiser if they are not appropriate for our level of care, regardless of insurance.
