If you need to go on an unexpected leave for three weeks or longer, reach out to the Senior Director of Healthcare Operations, Mandy Law, via email.
Your clients have two options:
Wait for the return of their original therapist
a. If an issue arises while the therapist is on leave, the clinical leadership team will be notified, and they will advise how to proceed.
Transfer to a new therapist
a. Follow the instructions listed here for guidance on internal transfers.
