In the event of a planned or unplanned blackout, attempt to problem solve to attend tele-health sessions.
You can turn your phone into a hotspot to access the internet assuming it is working and everything is charged and you have unlimited data and you are agreeable to this.
Otherwise, call the Sensible Care front desk number (1-800-801-9833) to let the team know you will be unable to attend your sessions and will need assistance with cancelling/notifying your clients.
It is understood that you would not have access to 2.0 and communication is limited.Â
Please attempt to take steps to be as communicative as able to.
