Document Deletion Requests Procedure
The intention of the procedure below is to standardize and implement a notification system for processing document deletion requests in Sensible Care's EHR.
We ask that any time you require a deletion of a document or information that was erroneously uploaded or produced to an unintended patient chart, that you follow the following instructions:
Create a ticket and copy/paste the form below with as much information as possible into the body of the ticket (as applicable).
Ticket Selections:
1. Visibility: Internal
2. Category: Technical Issue
3. Priority: Critical
4. Patient: the name of the unintended patient chart (to which the document or information was uploaded/entered)
5. Assign to: Brandon Small + Diana Duran + Sarah Johnson
6. Subject: URGENT: Deletion Request
7. Body: enter Deletion Request Form with relevant information
