Who we are
We are Wandsworth’s Parent Carer Forum and are run by a group of local parent carers.
We are the voice of parent carers of children and young people (0-25 years of age) with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
SEND Parent Carers in Wandsworth is part of the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF).
What drives us
We are passionate about better outcomes for parent carers of SEND children and young people in Wandsworth and about giving our children and young people the best possible opportunities for health, education, leisure, and jobs at all stages of their life.
What we do
We aim to voice parent carer views to key policy makers, in order to influence the planning and improvement of services that serve the needs of children and young people with SEND.
We inform parents and carers about changes in SEND provision, local SEND events, and signpost parent carers to local and national organisations that can help them.
