¡Bienvenidos! to the Languages department
You will have four Spanish lessons a fortnight in Year 7. Topics studied in your first year will include, how to introduce yourself and give basic information; how to describe yourself, your family and your pets; how to talk about things you like and don't like at school and during your free-time. We also focus on what life is like in Spanish-speaking countries, including the many fascinating festivals, music and food.
Take a look at the work above on the right-hand side for a flavour of what we do!
We learn through many interesting and interactive mediums, including games, pair and group work, as well as using the great ICT facilities on hand in the department.
We look forward to getting to know you all in September!
¡Hasta luego!
