Fine motor skills are a critical aspect of a child's overall growth and development. Fine motor skills refer to the ability to control small muscles , particularly in the hands, fingers and wrists. These skills are vital for drawing, cutting , writing and using utensils. In Nursery we use playdough, tweezers, pegs, beads, puzzles, crayons, paint brushes and pencils to help your child develop these skills.
