My main research interest is human language processing.
My current research investigates:
the difference in processing between pragmatically implausible sentences and propositionally impossible sentences
the role of cognitive control ability in adults' and children's language comprehension
the role of prediction errors in learning in L1 as well as L2
Japanese learners' development of English phonological representations
