“Alexandra was an invaluable part of our mental health group practice for several years, providing virtual administrative support during both our day-to-day operations and some of our biggest projects. She played a crucial role in helping us transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) system, and her organization, adaptability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a tremendous difference. Although she worked remotely, she also went above and beyond by traveling from Connecticut to Massachusetts on multiple occasions to attend staff meetings and connect with our team in person.
As our practice grew and our staffing needs changed, we transitioned to an in-house administrative team, but I remain incredibly grateful for Alexandra's contributions. She is dependable, thoughtful, proactive, and a genuine team player. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled virtual assistant and would gladly work with her again on future project-based work.”
