Sebring Meats

Why Sebring Meats?

Sebring Meats opened in January 2015 to "meat the needs" of a community growing tired of big boxed meats that lacked the quality, flavor and value with which many people grew up. Unlike other speciality meat and grocery stores that have come and gone in Highlands County, we're not trying to be every shop for every shopper. Rather, we are focused on growing families, retired couples and foodie types looking for great overall value (not necessarily the cheapest price) on quality meats. They're not afraid to buy some things in bulk for maximum savings...taking the product home and breaking it into custom cuts of steak or freezer bags of breast for meals down the road. Our extensive experience in the meat business spanning 35+ years as traders and brokers puts us in a unique position to have long-term relationships with leading vendors and directly with packing houses that gives us the buying power of much larger organizations without the need to buy their volume.

We pass the savings on to you.

Our Customers

Our typical customer shops with us weekly on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays to get the freshest meats and best selection. They spend $75 on average, focussing on our popular chicken breast in 10-pound bags (currently priced at $2/pound), our ground beef (80% lean ground chuck) at $3.75/pound and our stand-out hit: Filet Mignon beef tenderloins at a mere $9/lb fresh for a whole 4-5 pound loin. Frozen they're $7.50/lb.
