The contents of this document will serve as the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), School Health Services, Medicaid in the Schools (MITS) written guidance for all public schools, public charters and education service cooperatives in the State of Arkansas, who participate in school-based Medicaid billing as an AR Medicaid provider.
