We extend our sincere gratitude to the individuals who have generously volunteered their time over the past few weeks to clean the Frigate Bay beach north of SeaLofts. Their efforts have resulted in the collection of over 100 lbs of washed-up debris since the beginning of summer, significantly enhancing the enjoyment of the beach area.
Unfortunately, this particular area is susceptible to accumulating substantial amounts of plastic debris carried by Atlantic currents. While the larger pieces have been removed, a considerable quantity of smaller items still remain.
To facilitate the ongoing cleanup, we have repurposed washed-up plastic boxes to serve as rubbish receptacles. These are conveniently located next to the beach shower by the beach gate and are available for your use to collect debris during your walks. Kindly deposit any collected rubbish in the blue barrel situated by the beach gate, and the Frigate Bay Development Company will arrange for its prompt collection.
For homeowners interested in participating in a more social setting, regular, scheduled beach cleanups will be organized commencing in January

SeaLofts Pool Renovation (Phase 1 Complete)
I am pleased to report Phase 1 of the pool renovation completed in November 2025 and the pool has been enjoyed by homeowners and guests over the Christmas period. The leaks have been addressed, pool interior tiling replaced, new steps installed at the east end and a Diamondbrite slip free coating applied to the interior surface.
The project was completed within budget but the timetable was significantly missed due to delays outside our control.
Some additional photos are included at the bottom of this document that show the major items undertaken in Phase 1.
I want to give special thanks to Paul Hough and Joyce Isaac who have done a valiant job in managing the contractor to deliver. Thank you also to the following members of the pool committee who have guided the Board during this phase of the project and invested a significant amount of their time to this project.

The pool committee has also completed its work with a set of recommendations for Phase 2 covering the surrounding area of the pool. These items were voted on at December 4th AGM and work is currently underway to select a contractor for this work to be completed in August 2026. Phase 2 covers
